Our client is a small but well-funded and a leading business in the media streaming technology space.

The challenge

The client was looking to streamline their HR processes, create a performance-driven culture, and support to run their people practices.

The solution

To begin with, we conducted in-depth workshops with the founders to get a clear understanding of the desired state of culture and people practices at the organization. This was followed by focus groups with employees to get a clear picture of the current scenario. Based on our findings, we promptly identified the gaps we needed to fill and crafted our action plan. The key highlights:
