Our client is a market leader in commercial design and build space

The Ask

The client was looking for a Senior Director to run and manage the Projects and P/L for the North

The Process

We started with understanding the kind of the profiles that they were looking for, roadmap for the candidate and the expectations from the role. This was done through calls with the CEO and MD of the region. Next step was to understand the target organizations that they were willing to hire from. Specific actions taken:

  • Creating the database of the companies in the similar industry

  • Mapping the profiles against the position

  • Screening the profile of the interested candidates and sharing the synopsis of the same with the HM to understand if the sourcing was in the right direction

  • Tweaking done in sourcing basis the inputs

  • Filtering the candidates and presenting top 4 candidates to the CEO

  • The position was closed within 60 days of sharing the position and the candidate is still in the system post 3 yrs
