Overview

Our client is the BPS division of one of the largest Indian IT/ITES services multinationals.

The Challenge

The client is witnessing a generational shift in its leadership team and is looking at developing its top leadership team to drive success as it navigates this transition in an ever-changing external environment.

The Solution

The project was conceived and delivered in four phases:

  • Phase 1: Assessment
    The leaders were administered the Hogan Assessment and 360° feedback survey to gather insights into their strengths, drivers, and blind spots from all possible directions.

  • Phase 2: De-brief and IDP Creation
    Participants were debriefed on their survey results and guided to create their Individual Development Plans (IDPs) to ensure a structured approach to their leadership development journey.

  • Phase 3: Team Workshop
    A day-long team workshop, based on ‘The Five Dysfunctions of a Team,’ was conducted to help participants collaborate more effectively and align as one cohesive leadership team.

  • Phase 4: Individual Coaching
    Each participant was taken through a 5-month coaching journey to address their blind spots and enhance their leadership effectiveness.
