Our client is a renowned player in the apparel export business which supplies to the most recognized luxury clothing brands of the world.
The client was looking to revamp their organization structure, create a performance driven culture and create an environment to hire and retain the best talent.
We started with understanding the desired state of culture and people practices at the organization. This was done through workshops with the founders and the leadership team. Next step was to understand the current state, and this was done through focus groups with the employees. These two steps helped us identify the gaps basis which an action plan was crafted.
Designed a new organization structure, coming out of a detailed job evaluation exercise
Designed a simplified performance management process
Revamped the compensation structure, made it compliant with the labor laws and did a benchmarking study to revise the compensation across levels
Revamped the complete HR policies to bring them on par with the best-in-class
Conducted change management workshops with the top three leadership levels to ensure they accept and champion the change across the organization
