The goal was to build a structured, strategic, and future-ready HR function that would move beyond operations to become a true business enabler.

The Solution

Our team partnered with the leadership to design and implement a comprehensive HR transformation roadmap that addressed structure, systems, and capability.

  • We redesigned the organization structure with defined levels, bands, and reporting lines to create clarity and accountability.

  • A fit-for-purpose HRIS platform was identified, negotiated, and implemented to digitize all core HR processes, including onboarding, probation, confirmation, and separation.

  • We developed a robust policy and competency framework, standardized HR templates and documentation, and introduced measurable KRAs and KPIs to build a performance-driven culture.

  • Redesigned the recruitment process with structured job descriptions and evaluation formats to support hiring across multiple plants.

  • To strengthen leadership capability, we conducted coaching and counselling sessions, leadership assessments, and created tailored development and succession plans to prepare internal talent for future roles.
