Our multiple clients are startups in various stages of their growth journey
The clients were looking to streamline their HR processes, policies and adherence to local compliances. In addition, they were also looking at defining the culture that they visioned and drafting ways to establish the same.
With each client, we started with understanding the desired state of culture and people practices at the organization. This was done through conversations with the founders.
Next step was to help the clients design the people programs and policies to ensure they are able to drive the desired culture.
Specific actions taken:
Drafting the desired culture statement and the behaviors associated with it
Defining the various policies, keeping in mind the best in class and the desired culture
Designing the templates for various documents / letters that are needed for the smooth functioning of the organization
Designing and documenting the various HR processes
Implementing and HRIS, if the size of the organization warrants it
In addition to establishing the HR systems, for some of these clients, we are now running the end-to-end HR and recruiting function in an outsourced model
