Case StudyNovember 13, 2025

Our client is a legacy-led textile & handicraft manufacturing company with decades of expertise and a strong international presence. Known for its craftsmanship and long-standing client relationships, the organization was preparing to modernize its people practices and leadership approach to meet the demands of a rapidly changing industry.
Like many family-led, legacy businesses, the company had deep domain expertise but lacked a formal organizational framework. The goal was to move from intuition-based management to structured, people-centric governance — building a sustainable HR foundation that could support scale and empower its next generation of leaders.
Our mandate was a complete end-to-end HR transformation focused on structure, leadership, and performance alignment in the first phase. As part of the same, we worked on
Organization Design & Alignment: Created a clear structure with defined levels, reporting lines, and functional alignment through structured weekly meetings and review rhythms.
Leadership Development: Conducted coaching and mentoring sessions for first-time managers, along with leadership assessments and development plans.
Systems & Policy Foundation: Implemented a fit-for-purpose HRIS, standardized policies, and formalized documentation including offer letters, templates, and forms.
Performance & Growth: Introduced merit-based appraisals, career development, and succession frameworks to strengthen accountability and progression.
Engagement & Culture: Enhanced employee experience through recognition initiatives and standardized hiring and evaluation processes.
As part of the ongoing phase, we are now managing the HR function on an ongoing basis.
