Our client is a renowned player in the apparel export business, supplying to some of the most recognized luxury clothing brands of the world.
The team wanted to rebuild their organization structure to create a performance-driven culture and create an environment that attracts and retains the best talent.
As the first step, we conducted workshops with the founders and the leadership team to understand the desired state of culture and people practices at the organization. Next, we had focus group sessions with employees to get a clearer picture of the current culture and practices. Based on this, we took the following steps:
