The Client
Our client is a US based, series B funded, startup working in a very niche business area
The Ask
The client was looking for a Country Head to help better manage and exponentially grow the India GCC
The Process
We started with understanding the expectations from the client's leadership team and then translating it into a JD. Basis our understanding of the role, expectations and the talent market in India, we were able to convince the client to look at candidates from other than similar GCCs. Next steps included:

Helping the client create a hiring playbook, including the competencies to be evaluated on, the scoring pattern and weighted scoring mechanism to ensure fair and transparent hiring process across the interviewing team
Creating a long-list of potential candidates

Screening the profile of the interested candidates and sharing the synopsis of the same with the HM to understand if the sourcing was in the right direction
Tweaking done in sourcing basis the inputs

Helping the client structure the offer to make it attractive to the identified candidate

The time taken from starting the search to making an offer was just 6 weeks
