The Client

Our client is an Indian enterprise software company based in Bangalore, which provides digital trust products to communication service providers

The Ask

The client was looking to hire a CHRO who would be responsible for designing and finalizing the HR policies, contributing to business strategy, develop workforce plans and programs that align with the organizations overall strategic objectives, forecast talent needs and address the talent gaps.

The Process

While the client had a JD ready for the role, we started by understanding the expectations and what is it that the leadership would like to change in the function. This helped us tweak the JD to find the right fit.

  • The first set of 2 candidates were presented to the client, and basis the feedback received, the search was refined to look for some specific capabilities in the candidates.

  • 4 candidates were presented and evaluated by the panel and further two were shortlisted as the potential hires

  • Hogan personality assessment was administered for both the shortlisted candidates and CEO was briefed on the reports

  • CEO took the final round and extensive interview panel discussion was facilitated for deeper analysis of the profile and culture fitment

  • Kairos helped the client craft an attractive offer for the selected candidate, which she accepted in the first go itself. The candidate accepted within 6 weeks of start of the process
