The Client

Our client is the India business of a Big 4

The Ask

The client wanted to build executive presence in their business leaders (Senior Managers and above) to enable them to create impact in stakeholder interactions and people management. The objective was also to help them put their best foot forward when being considered for a movement to the Partner role.

The Solution

We created a structured, calendarized session that runs throughout the year. Participation in the session is through nomination or self-registration, ensuring that the most committed and high-potential leaders take part in the journey.

The program covered the three pillars of executive presence:

  • Gravitas

  • Communication Skills

  • Appearance

The program was designed with self-assessments, case studies and role plays to ensure each participant understands their specific gaps and is able to draw an action plan to work on.
