Building A Culture of Trust and Collaboration

Building A Culture of Trust and Collaboration

Overview

Our client is a listed Indian firm which offers customers transformational solutions that help automate the content supply chain and digitally mediate enterprise workflows to manage the business of content. The client has grown both organically and inorganically in the recent past and therefore experiencing trust and collaboration issues in its leadership team.

The Challenge

The client wanted to take the leadership team through a session to acknowledge, accept, and address the issues being faced and work towards resolving them.

The Solution

We started with understanding the on-ground challenges being faced by the team through one-on-one discussions. Based on our findings, we designed an intervention that was conducted in two phases:

  • Phase 1: Workshop to Acknowledge, Accept, and Address Issues
The workshop used various methods and activities, including Improv theatre and the Prisoner’s Dilemma, to help participants understand and acknowledge the elephant in the room. Participants then collaborated to articulate the actions they would take to address the trust and collaboration challenges within the group.

  • Phase 2: Post-Workshop Coaching
All participants were taken through 30–60-day group coaching sessions where they presented the status of the actions they had signed off on at the end of Phase 1. They then discussed the challenges they were still facing and were coached to arrive at concrete actions they could take to address them.
